Die Rolle
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen FX/Derivate Sales Experten, der unsere Produkt- und Leistungsbündel im Bereich Zins- und Währungsabsicherungen verkaufen und beraten soll. Der Experten wird Teil eines dynamischen Teams sein und die Gelegenheit haben, aktiv an Projekten teilzunehmen.
Die Aufgaben
- Die Beratung und Verkauf von Firmenkunden in ihrer Rolle als Expert im Markt Deutschland.
- Die Übernahme von Mitverantwortung für das Produktmanagement von Zins-, Währungs- und Liquiditätsabsicherungen.
- Die Beteiligung an der Optimierung der damit in Verbindung stehenden internen Prozesse.
- Das Führen eines stetigen Marktmonitorings zur laufenden Anpassung der Produktpalette gemäß der Kundennachfrage und den Marktgegebenheiten.
- Die aktive Nutzung der Potenziale unserer Bestandskunden, um unsere Produkte rund um FX/Derivate professionell zu etablieren und weiter auszubauen.
- Die Unterstützung der Firmenkundenbetreuer bei der Kundenakquise durch Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, Abhalten von Vorträgen und Einfordern von Weiterempfehlungen.
- Die Arbeit direkt vor Ort in unseren Deutschen Geschäftsstellen mit unseren Firmenkundenbetreuern zusammen und die Einbringung von sich als Experte ein.
Die Anforderungen
- Einschlägige und langjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und Produktmanagement von FX/Derivate-Produkten.
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung.
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Firmenkunden und Vertriebsmitarbeitern wohl zu fühlen und ein großes Eigeninteresse, die Produkte im Markt bestmöglich zu platzieren.
- Durchsetzungsstärke, Ergebnisorientierung, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Team Spirit.
