Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) - Independent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive training at our academy to prepare for your IHK certification as a specialist in insurance and finance
  • Hands-on training to acclimate you to your new duties following the acquisition of your IHK certificate
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients in diverse life scenarios, tailoring our premium offerings to suit their requirements
  • Impress your clients during in-person visits within the sales territory
  • Formulate effective sales strategies to enhance revenue
  • Attract new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Completed secondary education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities with a strong grasp of customer needs
  • Proven motivation, ambition, and a proactive approach
  • Adaptability, mobility, and possession of a Class B driving license
