Our manufacturing and logistics operations are centralized in Memmingen, ensuring that our products reach wholesalers across more than 35 countries. We serve various sectors including professional building cleaning, industrial applications, hospitality, and elder care facilities. In our Private Label segment, we focus on customizing solutions to meet specific client requirements from initial concept to final product delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new customers in the region.
  • Deliver personalized service through training, consultations, needs assessments, and tailored problem-solving.
  • Provide support to our trade partners and offer commercial and technical guidance to end users.
  • Broaden the current customer base through strategic outreach.
  • Prepare and calculate quotes for potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as outlined in planning.
  • Engage in conceptual work and cross-selling opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
  • Completion of a commercial or technical education or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably several years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus, self-motivation, and a sense of accountability.
  • A collaborative team player with a high degree of independence and adaptability.
  • Ideally located in the Allgäu/Swabia area, possessing a valid driver's license.
