About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Energy Transition team. As a key member of our global project management support network, you will be responsible for leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop international project teams in the delivery of offshore foundation design projects.
  • Ensure all project goals are achieved while confirming the company's commitments to our clients.
  • Maintain a multidisciplinary approach, including close collaboration with experts both inside and outside of the core design team.
  • Manage projects from concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage the expectations and relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective lines of communication and monitoring progress against the schedule and budget.
  • Oversee the engineering design to the relevant standards for projects, ensuring adherence to the design schedule.
  • Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects, monitoring budget against actual costs, evaluating and mitigating risk, impact assessment and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Compile and present comprehensive progress reports to project meetings that include analyses of progress against key performance indicators.
  • Develop and manage remedial activities in the event of project deviations to ensure minimal risk to cost and schedule.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to prepare tender documents for new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successfully directing large and complex projects from study to delivery, ideally within the offshore wind or renewable energy sector. You should have industry knowledge and understanding of design and engineering, preferably including project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
