Job Title: Service Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Köln West.

About the Role:

As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, including setting up and removing the buffet, preparing simple cold dishes, and advising guests on food and beverage options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and remove the buffet, ensuring constant availability of food and beverages
  • Prepare simple cold dishes and drinks, and advise guests on their composition and ingredients
  • Welcome guests to breakfast, inform them about special offers, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain the cleanliness of your workstation and adhere to company standards
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and check deliveries
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or service, preferably as a Barkeeper
  • Fluency in German (solid A2 level minimum) and English, with any additional language an advantage
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently and in a well-structured manner
