About JAO

As a Project Manager at JAO, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new services, improving processes, and onboarding new clients. You will lead, coordinate, follow-up, and report on ongoing projects in line with the services provided by JAO.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate future business development, including drafting of road maps and sequences;
  2. Play an integral role in new business development and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients;
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs;
  6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  7. Identify and keep track of risks and possible mitigation measures;
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  2. PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus;
  3. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT projects;
  4. Experience in the energy market is a plus.

Competitive salary paid on a 13-month basis;
