Job Title: Content Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Project Manager to join our team at DEPT. As a Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects independently, with a standard approach, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects independently, with standard approaches and clear objectives
  • Be the first point of contact for the client and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
  • Oversee project teams and coordinate efforts across disciplines within a complex structure
  • Analyze project needs and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Coordinate the team (Copywriters and Content Manager predominantly)
  • Distribute tasks within the PM team
  • Manage the Trackspace board
  • Increase efficiency by improving and streamlining processes / workflows
  • Report and coordinate internal and external feedback
  • Use CMS and Content knowledge to support across commercial and strategic decisions regarding campaigns / projects
  • Actively supporting with maintenance / admin in peak-periods

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Project Manager ideally within an agency
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects independently, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • SEO & WCAG basic knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
