Are you ready to take on a challenging role that combines project management, technical expertise, and business acumen? As a Digital Transformation Project Lead in our Industrial Automation team, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital transformation of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/OT project management, with experience in delivering complex projects in industrial environments. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and business leaders, to define project requirements, develop technical documentation, and oversee project execution. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of IT/OT integration projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, technical documentation, and regular progress reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is €100,000 based on the average salary in Germany.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in IT/OT project management, preferably in industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies and communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus)
