**What you'll do**:

- You are tracking adherence to Project Methodology incl. Status Reports, Project Plans, etc.
- Ownership over budget controlling, portfolio management, and the tracking of action items of the project teams
- You are organizing project meetings, incl. the creation of meeting minutes, project documents, presentations, etc.
- Full support of program managers by consolidating relevant project information and handling program
- and project-specific communication
- You are an active driver of change management and training preparation

**Who you are**:

- You have a proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role with a minimum of five years of experience in the industry
- Ideally, you bring a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- You are a project management professional and ideally have been certified (PMP)
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding verbal and written communication
- You have a strong attention to detail and technicalities, and convince through your interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in English and German
