Sachbearbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d)

Wir suchen ab sofort mehrere Sachbearbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d) für unseren renommierten Kunden in Dortmund.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufträge abwickeln, Terminabweichungen abstimmen und Veränderungen der Kundenbedarfe aufzeigen
  • Bearbeitung kundenspezifischer Planung, Erstellen von Versandunterlagen und Terminverfolgung
  • Anlegen und Verwalten von Kundenstammdaten in SAP, Kundenwünsche entgegennehmen und Beratung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen
  • Bonus-, Provisions-, Rabatt- und sonstige Gutschriften, Erfassung, Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung der Reklamation bis zur Erstellung der Gutschrift
  • Führen von Konsignationslagern, Überwachen von Beständen und Liefermengen, Rechnungserstellung gemäß abgerufener Mengen durch den Kunden und Fakturierung
  • Täglicher Abgleich von Umsatzzahlen, Erstellen von Listen für die Buchhaltung und den Außendienst
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich notwendig, z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d)
  • Bereits Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich, Wünschenswert sind SAP, englisch und französisch Kenntnisse
