Your Mission

As a Founders Associate - Business Analyst at MakerVerse GmbH, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and process optimization. You will analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze business initiatives and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Facilitate senior management meetings by organizing agendas, delegating tasks, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Your Profile
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a business analyst or related role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as business, computer science, or mathematics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.
