Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, transportation service providers, and drivers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Transportation Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and coordinating national and international transportation operations, taking into account factors such as route optimization, traffic conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Monitoring: Verify adherence to driving hours, rest periods, and regional regulations during transportation.
- Transportation Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee the execution of transportation operations and monitor for any deviations or issues.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all relevant information for invoicing and accounting purposes.
- Education and Experience: Completed training as a merchant for logistics and transportation services or equivalent qualification.
- Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics and transportation is desirable but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German and English, with good knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian.
