About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Associate to join our team at PAION Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering growth supply chain practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
  • Monitor and track sales orders, dispatch activities, and shipments, including GDP documentation
  • Analyze invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with GxP guidelines
  • Support day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports on supply chain performance
  • Analyze shipping and delivery data to optimize processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or logistics
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and contract management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
