Office Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Office & People Experience Partner to support our portfolio company's day-to-day operations and employee experience.
In this role, you'll focus on ensuring smooth office operations, managing company events, and contributing to various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company events calendar and coordinate company lunches and office events
- Oversee office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient
- Act as a point of contact (POC) for building management, handling any issues or communications related to office facilities
- Set up initiatives that boost employee engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle professional interactions with discretion
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with calendar management tools
- Ability to coordinate and manage events, including company lunches and office gatherings
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and logistics for senior executives
- Upbeat and go-getter attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage office facilities and serve as a point of contact for internals and externals
