About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our media campaigns with a business owner mentality, bringing our brands' vision and strategy to life for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across all media channels, including TV, digital, print, and OOH, to best resonate with our audiences.

  • Leverage media planning tools, data, market understanding, and a consumer-centric approach to conduct scenario planning and audience analysis.

  • Partner closely with Digital Planner to ensure digital campaigns are successfully translated from planning to execution.

  • Act as steward of brand media investments, building channel allocations and adapting to budget changes as needed.

  • Present innovative ideas about campaigns' strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and in touch with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: Experience with integrated media planning in an agency or brand setting.

  • Subject matter expertise in all media channels with a particular focus on TV and digital.

  • Experience using industry-standard planning tools & data sets to create data-driven media plans.

  • Knowledge of the Germany media landscape.

  • You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with respective work experience in Media.

  • Experience managing and working with multiple partners and campaigns.

  • Attention to detail, entrepreneurial, and growth mindset, analytical, innovative.

  • You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus.

  • Preferable: Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods' companies is highly appreciated.

Our media team spends 3 days of their week collaborating together in our office or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
