Financial Controller Position

At PCI Pharma Services, we're looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial and operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage all aspects of cash flow, including accounts receivable, inventory management, and accounts payable.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through digital technology and support the development of the ERP platform.
  • Provide technical accounting support and ensure compliance with IFRS.
  • Support the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and maintain compliance with PCI Financial Policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 4+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both German and English.
  • Experience in finance business partnering, with exposure to manufacturing and/or supply chain.
