Financial Controller Job Description

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and improve shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and improve shareholder value.
  • Manage all aspects of cash flow, including accounts receivable, inventory management, and accounts payable.
  • Drive continuous process improvements leveraging digital technology and support the development and enhancement of the ERP platform.
  • Provide technical accounting support in relation to latest accounting standards.
  • Support in preparation of timely and accurate financial statements within prescribed timelines.
  • Manage payroll process and accountable for accurate and timely payments to employees and to all outside agencies.
  • Maintain compliance with PCI Financial Policies.
  • Lead the annual financial audit and ensure compliance with IFRS throughout the year.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 4+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both German and English.
