Lead IoT Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IoT Systems Engineer to join our team at E-Frontiers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of software for IoT devices, maintaining backend systems, and implementing security protocols to protect IoT devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of IoT Software Engineers and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Design and Development: You will work closely with your team to design and develop software for IoT devices, including the development of custom hardware and software solutions.
- Analysis and Improvement: You will be responsible for continuously evaluating and improving software performance, identifying potential problems, and proposing solutions to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Quality Assurance: You will create and maintain documentation for software and systems, perform monitoring and maintenance of IoT systems, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of IoT applications.
- Background: You have experience in product engineering or R&D and technical leadership or people management experience.
- Expertise: You are proficient in Python and have knowledge of Bash scripting and C/C++. You are comfortable working with Linux command line and using GNU tools to check the quality of code.
- Understanding: You have a strong understanding of main networking concepts (TCP, UDP, DNS, routing, firewalling, NAT) and main security concepts.
- Language Skills: You have strong written and spoken English skills (level C1 on the CEFR scale).
