Role Overview

As a Lead IoT Systems & Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in redefining parking management systems. You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies, custom hardware, and robust software solutions. Your expertise in software design and development for IoT devices will be instrumental in solidifying our position as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of IoT Software Engineers, guiding them in their development efforts.
  • Software Design and Development: Collaborate with your team to create and enhance software for IoT devices, manage backend systems for event processing, and implement security measures for IoT devices.
  • Performance Analysis: Debug and troubleshoot software issues while continuously assessing and improving software performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain documentation for software and systems, ensuring high availability and scalability through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between software engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of IoT applications.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven background in product engineering or R&D, with experience in technical leadership or team management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, along with knowledge of Bash scripting and C/C++. Familiarity with Linux command line and GNU tools is essential.
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of key networking concepts such as TCP, UDP, DNS, routing, firewalling, and NAT, as well as fundamental security principles.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills (C1 level on the CEFR scale).
