Aufgaben:

Als Market Development Engineer (m/w/d) bei Arrow Electronics werden Sie Teil unseres Teams für die Region Central Europe sein. Ihre Aufgaben werden sein:
  • Fokussierung auf zugeteilte Hersteller oder Technologien
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftspotenzials
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Geschäftsplänen
  • Technische und kommerzielle Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Kollegen vor Ort
  • Aufbau und Gestaltung einer erfolgreichen und langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehung mit unseren Kunden
  • Umsetzung unserer europäischen Strategien und Programme in der Central Region
  • Identifizierung neuer Entwicklungsprojekte bei unseren Kunden und Unterstützung bis zum Produktionsstart
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Seminaren, Schulungen und Trainings für unsere Kunden und Kollegen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Fachmessen
Voraussetzungen:

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Market Development Engineer (m/w/d) mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit mit Gespür für Innovationen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Entwicklung von strategischen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Reisebereitschaft (Region: Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Can-do-Mindset
