Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fokussierung auf zugeteilte Hersteller oder Technologien
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftspotenzials
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Geschäftsplänen
  • Technische und kommerzielle Unterstützung der Kunden und Arrow-Kolleg*innen vor Ort
  • Aufbau und Gestaltung einer erfolgreichen und langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehung der/des zugeordneten Herstellers
  • Umsetzung der europäischen Strategien und Programme in der Central Region
  • Identifizierung neuer Entwicklungsprojekte bei unseren Kunden und Unterstützung bis zum Produktionsstart
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Seminaren, Schulungen und Trainings für Kunden und Kolleg*innen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Fachmessen
Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit mit Gespür für Innovationen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Entwicklung von strategischen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Reisebereitschaft (Region: Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Can-do-Mindset
