Product Management FinTech Leader

At HRS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management FinTech Leader to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our FinTech product strategy, driving innovation and growth in the FinTech space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive FinTech product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new FinTech products and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and prioritize product development roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products and features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on FinTech.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product development and strategy.
