About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our founding team as a Strategic Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, contributing to key strategic projects end-to-end, and collaborating with various stakeholders to prepare presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, including research and analysis of due-diligence, competitors, and markets.
  • Contribute to key strategic projects, including defining the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market, and strategic sales partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Operations teams, to prepare presentation materials and support project implementation.
  • Research and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Prior relevant work experience in a fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in German and English.
