The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant commercial role in trading or international sales, with pet food experience being a significant plus. They will be responsible for managing new business development and customer relationships to maximize overall performance.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, a team player, and a transparent communicator. They will also have excellent communication skills in German and English, with additional languages being a plus.
The role involves identifying and developing new markets in the pet food sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and managing and expanding the Grainli ingredients portfolio for pet food. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving expert status for key pet nutrition ingredients within the company and working closely with various internal business partners to execute strategies.
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to meet suppliers, customers, and become an industry expert in the pet nutrition market. They will also be proactive in managing responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities, and have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives them to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new markets in the pet food sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant commercial role in trading or international sales
- Pet food experience is a significant plus
