Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Compliance Frameworks: Develop and implement operational compliance oversight frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to the DSA and other EU product-related compliance regulations.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current requirements.
- Coordinate Risk Assessments: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess risks and/or non-conformity issues and establish mitigation strategies.
- Support Audits and Reporting: Support with external audits, reporting, and data access requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing any findings or recommendations.
- Engage with Regulatory Partners: Support the Senior Compliance Officer with the external engagement of regulatory partners.
- Act as a Key Point of Contact: Act as a key point of contact to support the business in operating within compliance.
The Trustworthy Shopping Experience team works with regulators, brands, selling partners, and customers to identify and mitigate/prevent compliance, selling partner, or product risk. We believe that customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do.
Requirements- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Compliance Experience: Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Process Improvement Experience: Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
- Advanced Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
