We continue to grow in double digits, with a 60% increase in ticket sales in 2023 compared to 2022. Our global footprint has expanded to 57 countries, covering 29% of the globe.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to drive new sales growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales leader who can manage a sales process end-to-end, identify opportunities in the market, and collaborate with a sales development representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Targets and Growth:
    • Responsible for delivering new business and achieving sales targets.
    • Management of the sales process end-to-end in your assigned territory.
    • Identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively and enhance the value proposition to your target market.
    • Collaboration with a sales development representative.
  • Client Success and Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Ensuring that client success is integrated into the sales process from first point of contact.
  • Collaboration with Sales Support Functions:
    • Liaise with marketing, technical sales, lead generation, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
    • Communicate closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Provide timely revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
Requirements
  • C1 level German.
  • Fluent English.
  • Can demonstrate history of achieving quotas of $500k+ selling into enterprise markets.
  • SaaS sales experience, preferably with reservation technology for the tours & attractions industry.
  • Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan.
  • Display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of selling frameworks such as SPIN and MEDDIC.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time, pipeline, and direct efforts of an SDR.
