What We Do

In this role, you will serve as one of the primary interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, collaborating with internal teams such as Account Managers, Project Managers, and Aftersales Support. Your goal will be to simplify customer communication with Navarino, ensuring faster response times, optimizing order executions, and enhancing internal communication.

  • You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • You will prepare and distribute customer and/or order forms among relevant departments.
  • You will assist in the completion of Customer and/or order forms and circulate them with the rest of the departments.
  • You will assist collections by notifying customers of any ongoing cases that may impact payments.
  • You will follow up to ensure all customers have necessary documentation for orders.
  • You will investigate and resolve cases or escalate when necessary.
  • You will provide data and reports to the sales team and customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Native German fluency in written and spoken German.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Agility in problem-solving and taking initiative to secure excellent outcomes.
  • Alignment with Navarino's core values.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive financial package, including a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
