Director of Operations

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our dialysis operations in a specified geographic area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing, administering, and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of our dialysis facilities and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our dialysis operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with regional, divisional, and company goals.
- Manage and oversee the staffing of our dialysis facilities and programs, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with corporate and local groups to identify and pursue Joint Venture opportunities and merger and acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical directors, medical advisory board members, and referring physicians.
- Ensure compliance with all pertinent company and regulatory requirements, including environmental integrity, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management competencies and skills, including excellent financial competence, operational excellence, and exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong business acumen and multiple modality exposure a plus.
