Salary: A competitive monthly gross salary of €2,583 (40 hrs/week) with up to €150 additional monthly performance incentive, plus shift bonuses: 40% extra for Sundays/public holidays and 50% for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Danish Content Moderator to join our international team in Berlin. As a Content Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of social media by ensuring that posts align with community standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and respond to user-reported content that may be offensive or disturbing, following client policies and guidelines.
  • Review, block, and delete content that violates community standards.
  • Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Directly contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Danish and English – no German required.
  • Strong understanding of social and cultural issues in Denmark and surrounding regions.
  • Open to dynamic priorities and processes in a fast-paced international team.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7).
  • EU citizenship or valid German work permit, and a clean certificate of conduct.
