Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Compensation Specialist, der Teil unseres globalen Total Rewards Teams wird. Als wichtiger Teil unseres HR-Teams unterstützt Sie uns bei der jährlichen Bonus- und Gehaltsrunde sowie unserem Budgetplanungsprozess.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erhebung und statistischen Auswertung von Vergütungsdaten
  • Erstellung individueller Vergütungsbenchmarks mit Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Führung von Stellenbewertungen durch (WTW-Stellenbewertungssystematik)
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung von nationalen und internationalen Total Rewards Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung sowie Neueinführung von Benefits
Anforderungen
  • Erworbenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Personal, Recht, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
