Wir suchen Sie als Compensation Specialist in Freising (bei München) für unsere Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller.

Ihre Rolle

  • Sie unterstützen das globale Total Rewards Team beim reibungslosen Ablauf der jährlichen Bonus- und Gehaltsrunde sowie unseres Budgetplanungsprozesses.
  • Ebenso begleiten Sie die Erhebung und statistische Auswertung von Vergütungsdaten, erstellen selbständig individuelle Vergütungsbenchmarks mit Handlungsempfehlungen und nehmen an Vergütungsstudien teil.
  • Darüber hinaus führen Sie Stellenbewertungen durch (WTW-Stellenbewertungssystematik) und unterstützen sowie befähigen unsere HR-Organisation dazu.
  • Weiterhin wirken Sie bei der Analyse und Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung von nationalen und internationalen Total Rewards Projekten mit.
  • Sie unterstützen auf Wunsch die Weiterentwicklung sowie Neueinführung von Benefits bei der Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, wie zum Beispiel Zeitwertkonten, betriebliche Altersversorgung oder Job Rad und sind dabei in Ihrer vielseitigen sowie kommunikativen Rolle eine wichtige Schnittstelle zur IT-Abteilung sowie unserer HR Business Partner.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Personal, Recht, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und verfügen bereits über mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
  • Sie überzeugen uns mit Ihren analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit einer hohen Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Mitarbeitenden bringen Sie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
