BNY Mellon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Treasury Services Client Servicing team in EMEA. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages. You will serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and manage different types of investigations, including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade, or any other BNY Mellon product/service issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing clients with multiple countries and languages
- Managing client inquiries and investigations
- Providing functional support to internal clients, including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
- Maintaining positive client experience for existing and potential new clients
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with direct client-facing experience within financial services, experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle, experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients, experience of working in a global team, and fluency in German and English.
