Client Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Professional to join our client's global client services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with international clients, processing inquiries, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and ensure timely, quality responses.
- Work closely with internal teams across Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to deliver exceptional client service.
- Assist in onboarding and ongoing communication with investors, providing them with tailored support and guidance.
- Oversee the organization of investor data in client management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support client acquisition and post-sale services, driving business growth and retention.
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance our client service offerings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 1-7 years of experience in a client service role within the fund industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Private Equity or Finance is highly desirable, but not essential.
