HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our management team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters within the supervised departments
- Provide proactive advice to managers on strategic and operational HR challenges, developing effective solutions
- Offer guidance and support on performance management, succession planning, career development, and conflict resolution
- Support the department in personnel cost planning and forecasting
- Ensure the implementation of our KWS-wide HR strategy and develop strategic measures for the supported departments
- Manage the interface between the Centers of Expertise and the Service Center
- Lead HR projects
Your Profile:
- Academic degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, labour law, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in a globally operating company
- Proven experience in collaboration with the workers' council
- Assertiveness paired with high conflict-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the right level of diplomacy
- Solid knowledge of German labour law and proven experience in conducting works council negotiations
- Ability to analyze HR key figures and derive appropriate measures
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, and other relevant IT systems
- Excellent command of both English and German
