Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at our headquarters in Einbeck. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to our management team, ensuring the effective implementation of our HR strategy and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance to management and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, including talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges, providing solutions and recommendations to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage HR projects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, labor law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a globally operating company.
  • Proven experience in collaboration with workers' councils and labor unions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant HR systems.
  • Excellent command of English and German languages.
