Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join the dedicated team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA . This is a full-time, permanent position.

The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact and liaison for assigned departments on HR matters.
  • Provide proactive guidance to management in addressing strategic and operational challenges, developing effective solutions.
  • Offer advice and support on performance management, succession planning, career development, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist departments in the personnel cost planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure the execution of the comprehensive HR strategy across the organization and formulate strategic initiatives for supported departments.
  • Manage the interface between Centers of Expertise and the Service Center.
  • Oversee HR project management.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in HR, preferably within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with employee representatives.
  • Strong assertiveness coupled with exceptional conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the right level of diplomacy.
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor law and proven experience in works council negotiations.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant IT systems.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
