About the Role
The Solutions Consultant Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading a team of technical experts who provide strategic guidance and solutions to our clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to our Solutions Consultants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our product management team to identify new product features and functionality that meet the needs of our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our solutions are aligned with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business operations, identifying areas where our solutions can add value and improve their overall performance.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to our Solutions Consultants, ensuring they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
- Work closely with our customer success team to ensure our clients are satisfied with our solutions and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to pursue them and ensuring successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in cybersecurity and solutions consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business operations and identify areas where our solutions can add value.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives and ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to our clients.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
