Bulgari Luxury Sales Professional

Bulgari, a renowned luxury brand, is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join its team in Stuttgart. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and customer relationships to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and maintain a strong network of high-end clients and provide personalized service to meet their needs
- Input customer and sales data into the company's software system
- Perform packaging and preparation of items sold
- Organize visual merchandising and ensure store displays meet Bulgari's guidelines
- Handle customer returns and repairs, and complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level) and additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, or Arabic
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in luxury goods sales
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with good computer skills (MS Office)
- Customer-oriented, flexible, and results-driven, with strong communication and business awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and negotiate at a high level
