Job Title: Client Advisor

Bulgari, a renowned luxury brand, is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales related to all product categories, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support.
  • Input customer and sales data into our software system, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.
  • Perform packaging and other tasks as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Organize visual merchandising materials and maintain store displays according to Bulgari guidelines.
  • Process customer returns and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level) and proficiency in additional languages (Chinese, Russian, Arabic).
  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise, with a strong understanding of luxury goods.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and software systems.
  • Customer-focused, flexible, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Initiative, communication, and business awareness, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
