Content Creator for SAP Experience Journeys

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our CX Demo Build Team within the Solution and Innovation Experience Organization at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content for SAP SIX Experience Journeys, focusing on quality, validation, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content along SAP SIX Experience Journeys, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create engaging video assets and visuals for demo assets and communications.
- Design and create presentations and working materials that effectively communicate complex information.
- Support the development of scalable content that can be reused across various purposes.
- Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline activities and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Work closely with Demo Engineers to develop demo documentation and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Test demo environments and provide feedback to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Design and maintain internal collaboration channels like SAP Workzone and MS Teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with a focus on Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, or Information Technology.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
- Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Availability to work part-time (16-20 hours per week) for at least two semesters.
