We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented content creator to join our documentation team at SAP. As a content creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting, evolving, and refining user interface texts and software documentation in English.

About the Role
  • Create high-quality user interface texts and software documentation that align with our brand guidelines and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless content integration.
  • Develop target-group-specific terminology and enhance existing content to meet evolving needs.
  • Produce instructional how-to videos that provide clear guidance to our users.
Requirements
  • Enrollment in a Technical Documentation or Communication and Media Management program or related field.
  • Proficiency in DITA, topic-based writing, content management systems, and video production.
  • Strong communication skills paired with motivation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • A keen interest in IT and receptiveness to new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
  • Initial knowledge of GitHub, Markdown, Docs-as-Code, and video creation a plus but not mandatory.
