Content Creator for SAP Experience Journeys

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our SAP CX Demo Build Team. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality content for SAP Experience Journeys, focusing on quality, validation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for SAP Experience Journeys, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline activities and ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Design and create presentations, working materials, and demo assets, leveraging your creativity and technical skills.
  • Support the development of scalable content that can be reused across various purposes.
  • Work closely with Demo Engineers to develop demo documentation and ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Test demo environments and provide feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Design and maintain internal collaboration channels, such as SAP Workzone and MS Teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, Information Technology.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Think creatively and ensure the quality and accuracy of the content produced.
  • Strategic Thinking & Communication: Ability to think strategically and contribute to innovative solutions; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability: At least two semesters, working part-time 16 to 20 hours per week.
