Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in our ITSM system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, including desktop applications, network connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a service desk environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
