Germany Deputy Task Order Manager Supply Chain Strategist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Task Order Manager - Supply Chain Strategist to join our team in Germany.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of supply chain management and strategic planning. As a Deputy Task Order Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing program activities, developing acquisition strategies, and controlling costs and schedules on contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze program activities such as acquisition program planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis, management techniques, documentation requirements, or network analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives safely and within agreed time, cost, technical, quality, and other performance criteria
  • Compile and review budgets against actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, and other data sources to control budgets and provide proper financial decisions
  • Participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
  • Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
  • Collaborate with senior management, customers, governmental agencies, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15 or more years of relevant experience within the program
  • Advanced expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies within own job family and/or its related disciplines
  • Broad and comprehensive expertise in DOD, Agency, and/or industry standards and engineering requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions

Benefits

KBR offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a selection of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, R&R, and an Employee Support Program.
