Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Senior Management Specialist typically performs all functional duties independently.
- They plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services for a specific ALECS TA(s), such as records and information management, mail distribution, travel planning, deployment operations, and other office support services.
- On behalf of the Theatre Manager, disseminates finished reports to clients and monitors and responds to client questions for further information.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Must be a U.S. citizen (AND) obtain or already have an active **Germany/E.U. Work VISA **to be considered.**:

- **Three (3) to 10 years **of experience and a **BA/BS or MA/MS degree.**:

- Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
- Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.
- Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents, implementing, and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars, handling incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems, collating information, and maintaining databases.
- Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.
- Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
- Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines to include basic computer skills and document preparation.
- Stores, maintains, researches, and retrieves records maintained by the organization on paper and in electronic format.
- Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.**:

- **A **bility to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed**

**Security Clearance Requirements**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a ( **DoD) Public Trust **clearance.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and knee.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
