About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our distribution network, you will be responsible for expanding our physical retail locations where customers can deposit or withdraw cash from their Zastrpay wallets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new physical retail locations to join Zastrpay's distribution network in Germany.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements with new distribution partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding.
  • Play a key role in Zastrpay's physical expansion strategy by identifying strategic locations and partners that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize performance by tracking and analyzing the performance of distribution partners and implementing strategies to maximize transaction volumes and network efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure all partnerships and operations within the distribution network adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
