**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Kraftblock GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our supply chain operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a supplier portfolio strategy to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers to secure high-quality products and materials.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability criteria to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for Kraftblock.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
  • Resolve any supply-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to our operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze market conditions to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion.
  • Promote sustainable procurement practices, considering environmental and ethical factors to ensure alignment with our company values.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with international suppliers.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and familiarity with sustainability principles and practices is a clear plus.
  • Strong motivation to continuously develop professional skills and enlarge portfolio of responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
