About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team at Kraftblock GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our supply chain operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Portfolio Management: Build and strategically manage a high-performing portfolio of suppliers, ensuring optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Technical Procurement: Identify and procure technical products and materials required for our projects, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability criteria.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for Kraftblock, building and maintaining strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance, resolving any supply-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector, analyzing market conditions to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Sustainability and Procurement: Promote sustainable procurement practices, considering environmental and ethical factors, and seek out environmentally friendly and socially responsible suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience, with proven experience in technical procurement.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with international suppliers, knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and familiarity with sustainability principles and practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong motivation to continuously develop your professional skills and enlarge your portfolio of responsibilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
