Supply Chain Clerk

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Procurement Clerk (m/f/x) for our client, a leader in sustainable and functional plant fiber technology. This is a full-time role.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the procurement cycle for operational supplies, raw materials, technical components, and services from initial inquiry to invoice verification.
  • Conducting follow-ups on proposals, performing supplier assessments, evaluations, and selections.
  • Managing final negotiations, contract agreements, and pricing discussions, ensuring efficient order processing.
  • Tracking inventory levels, maintaining supplier data, and addressing complaints.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with proALPHA ERP system is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented, independent, and organized work approach.
