Overview

Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic EMEA C&B team. As a key member of the global C&B team, you will play a crucial role in implementing Olympus' compensation strategy and ensuring that our compensation and benefits plans are fair, equitable, and competitive.

Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of 80,000 - 120,000 euros per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure includes base pay, bonus potential, and other benefits.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating between key HR and business stakeholders in the EMEA region and global headquarters in the implementation of Olympus' compensation strategy
  • Monitoring compensation and benefits trends and surveys, and developing the compensation and benefits structure in the EMEA region accordingly
  • Maintaining and developing the EMEA job architecture in collaboration with HR business partners and managers

In addition, you will work closely with HR colleagues and business clients to advise and develop solutions on compensation and benefits topics, manage the salary increase and bonus processes in the EMEA region, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in human resources, finance, engineering, or business administration
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits (knowledge of company pension schemes is a plus)
  • Knowledge in the field of job evaluation and benchmarking
  • Good knowledge of the principles and practices of remuneration and benefits systems and legislation in the EMEA region
  • Strong professional ethics and a high degree of discretion
